Libby, Genesis, Terry and Cadrick
The confrontation that changes a marriage—and sends Libby toward a new beginning.
Libby arrives at Cadrick’s office expecting a quiet and serious conversation. Cadrick, a lawyer, is listening carefully as Libby explains everything that has been happening in her complicated relationship with Terry. The atmosphere is calm at first, but neither of them realizes how quickly the situation is about to change.
Suddenly, Genesis appears. She immediately notices Libby with Cadrick and becomes furious. Genesis already believes that Libby is standing between her and Terry, and seeing the two of them together pushes her emotions over the edge.

A short time later, Terry arrives at Cadrick’s office to handle the divorce paperwork. The meeting is tense because everyone knows that signing the documents means the relationship is truly coming to an end.
Cadrick carefully handles the legal process while Terry looks at the papers one more time. There is a moment when he seems uncertain, but Libby has already made her choice. She wants the divorce and is prepared to accept the consequences.
When the final documents are presented, Libby accepts them with a sense of relief. For her, this is not simply the end of a marriage. It is the beginning of a new chapter in which she no longer has to remain trapped in the same cycle of conflict.
After the divorce is accepted, Libby leaves the office with Cadrick. Her expression shows a mixture of relief and happiness. She knows that the road ahead will not necessarily be easy, but she feels free to make her own choices again.
Terry watches them leave, realizing that the decision he once thought might never happen has finally become reality. Genesis, meanwhile, is left to face the consequences of everything that happened at the office.
The situation has completely changed. Libby is moving forward, Terry is suddenly facing life after the marriage, and Genesis must decide what she will do next. Cadrick has become more than just the lawyer handling the paperwork—he may now be part of Libby’s new chapter.
