The Wedding Everyone Was Waiting For
Terry and Genesis had finally reached their wedding day. The venue was decorated with flowers, elegant lights, and rows of chairs filled with guests. Genesis stood in her bridal dress, trying to enjoy the moment, while Terry greeted the people around him.
But behind the celebration was a painful mystery. Libby was still missing. Nobody knew where she was, and her disappearance had become a nightmare for everyone who cared about her. Terry tried to focus on his wedding, but the unanswered questions were impossible to escape.
Police Arrive at the Ceremony
Suddenly, police vehicles arrived outside the wedding venue. Several officers stepped out and walked toward the ceremony. The music stopped, conversations ended, and every guest turned to see what was happening.
Then Libby's mother appeared with the officers. Her face showed anger, fear, and exhaustion. She had spent too long waiting for answers about her daughter and was no longer willing to accept silence.
A Mother's Accusation
Libby's mother pointed toward Terry and demanded that the officers arrest him. She said her daughter had disappeared and that she believed Terry and people around him might know more than they were admitting.
The accusation transformed the wedding into a tense confrontation. Genesis stood stunned in her bridal dress as guests whispered among themselves.
Terry Tries to Defend Himself
Terry became visibly upset as the officers approached. He insisted that he had never harmed Libby and had no idea where she was. He begged the officers to listen before judging him.
“I didn't do anything to Libby. I don't know where she is. I've been trying to find out what happened too,” Terry pleaded.
The officers explained that they were investigating Libby's disappearance and needed to question him. Despite his protests, Terry was placed under arrest at the wedding.
Cadrick Is Arrested Too
Cadrick was also present at the ceremony. He had been searching for Libby and repeatedly said that he wanted her found safely. When officers approached him, he immediately explained that he did not know where she was.
Cadrick told them he had been searching because he was worried about Libby. He wanted answers just as much as her mother did.
Nevertheless, the police decided to take Cadrick into custody for questioning. As both men were led away, the wedding guests watched in complete shock. Genesis stood frozen, unable to believe her wedding had ended this way.
The Investigation Begins
At the police station, Terry and Cadrick were questioned separately. Investigators asked about their recent conversations with Libby, their movements, and anyone who might have had a reason to make her disappear.
Neither man could provide the answer investigators wanted most: where was Libby?
Police began examining phone records, witness statements, and the timeline surrounding her disappearance. Every small detail could become important. A forgotten conversation or unexplained meeting might completely change the investigation.
Meanwhile, Libby's mother waited for news. She wanted justice, but more than anything, she wanted her daughter back.
The Truth May Be Closer Than Anyone Thinks
As the investigation continued, new questions began to emerge. The evidence would have to determine whether Terry and Cadrick were truly responsible or whether someone else had been hiding the truth.
Somewhere beyond the wedding and the police station, the mystery surrounding Libby's disappearance was still unfolding. If she was alive, finding her became the most urgent priority.
And if Terry and Cadrick were innocent, the real person responsible would eventually have to be exposed.
