Amber's Revenge

Looking into the side mirror of Dave's car, Amber felt the familiar surge of restlessness that always surfaced whenever she saw Anthony and D'Nisha together. Although she regretted leaving Anthony for Dave, that regret was quickly replaced by jealousy. Anthony had once showered her with expensive clothes, jewelry, and every luxury she desired. Dave simply couldn't provide the same life.

Watching Anthony happily shopping with D'Nisha exactly as he had once done with her ignited a bitter rage inside Amber. A dangerous thought crossed her mind.

"If I can't have Anthony... neither can D'Nisha."

Amber knew D'Nisha had no idea about her past or how manipulative she could be. She quietly made a decision that would change all of their lives.

As Anthony and D'Nisha left the shopping mall, Amber approached them with a warm smile. She acted friendly, apologized for the past, and offered D'Nisha her friendship. Kind-hearted and unsuspecting, D'Nisha accepted.

Weeks turned into months, and Amber slowly earned D'Nisha's complete trust. D'Nisha shared everything with her—her fears, her dreams, and the deep love she had for Anthony.

Amber patiently used every secret against her.

"Anthony doesn't really love you," Amber whispered one day. "He's only with you because you're beautiful. Men like him always leave eventually."

Those poisonous words slowly filled D'Nisha's heart with doubt. She began questioning Anthony constantly. Every late meeting, every missed phone call, and every delay became another reason to accuse him.

Anthony couldn't understand what had happened. The woman who once trusted him completely now questioned every move he made. Their relationship slowly began to fall apart.

One afternoon Amber invited D'Nisha on what she called a "special trip."

D'Nisha agreed without hesitation.

Instead of taking her somewhere beautiful, Amber drove her to a lonely abandoned area far away from the city. Silence surrounded them.

Suddenly Amber's smile disappeared.

"Now you'll never take Anthony away from me."

She violently shoved D'Nisha to the ground.

D'Nisha screamed in terror as Amber pulled a knife from her purse and slowly walked toward her.

"Today... this ends."

D'Nisha crawled backward, tears streaming down her face. There was nowhere to run.

Just as Amber raised the knife...

BANG!

The gunshot echoed through the abandoned property.

Amber staggered backward before collapsing onto the ground.

D'Nisha looked up in complete shock.

Anthony was running toward her with a pistol in his trembling hand. He had arrived just in time to stop Amber from carrying out the attack.

Anthony immediately dropped the weapon and wrapped D'Nisha in his arms.

"You're safe... I'm here... You're safe."

Both of them cried uncontrollably as police sirens echoed in the distance.

The End... Or Is It?

As Amber lay motionless on the ground, one terrifying question remained.

Was Amber truly dead?

Or had she somehow survived, waiting for another chance to destroy Anthony and D'Nisha forever?
