A soft breeze moves through the outdoor café as people enjoy their meals. Hidden away in a quiet corner, Steven waits with a serious expression. He checks his watch, wondering why Dave's sister asked for such a private meeting.
Moments later, she arrives. She pulls out a chair and sits across from him without a smile. Silence fills the air.
"Thank you for coming."
"You sounded serious. What's going on?"
She leans forward. Her eyes are filled with determination.
"I'll get straight to the point."
"I don't like Amber."
Steven looks surprised.
"What do you mean?"
"I don't trust her. Ever since she came into Dave's life, everything has changed."
"I don't think she's the right woman for him."
Steven quietly listens.
The Proposal
Dave's sister takes a deep breath before revealing her plan.
"I want you to help me."
Steven raises an eyebrow.
"Help you do what?"
"I want us to separate Dave and Amber."
"When they're no longer together..."
"...you can marry Dave."
Steven is completely shocked. He cannot believe what he just heard.
"You're asking me to destroy their relationship?"
"I'm asking you to save my brother."
Steven remains silent.
Doubts
The words echo in Steven's mind. He remembers the past. The happy memories. The painful breakup. The mistakes.
"I cared about Dave once."

Dave's sister carefully explains every detail.

Amber watches Steven leave. Then she watches Dave's sister leave in the opposite direction. Questions fill her mind.

She doesn't know whether to tell Dave. Or keep everything to herself.

That evening... Dave comes home smiling after work. Amber greets him. But something feels different.
"You seem worried."
