1. The First Day of a New Beginning

D'Nisha steps back, closes the car door, and takes a deep breath. In front of her, the tall glass building of the city’s largest commercial bank was gleaming in the sunlight. Today was her first day—the very first step of a new beginning.

Sitting in the driver's seat with his hands on the steering wheel, Anthony was watching her with a smile. He rolled down the window and asked, 'D'Nisha, are you ready?'

D'Nisha turned around and looked at Anthony. Her face showed a strange sense of calm and confidence that had been lost somewhere over the past few weeks. 2. Leaving Behind a Toxic Workplace

The past month had been extremely difficult for D'Nisha. While working on the set of Wayne's podcast, she felt as if her hard work and capabilities were not valued at all. The environment on the set was turning more toxic by the day. Girls like Honey Pot, Shayla, and Amber constantly targeted D'Nisha. Their behavior toward D'Nisha was entirely non-professional and disrespectful. Blaming her for every minor thing, making fun of her work, and making her feel as though she didn't matter at all—all of this had become unbearable for the hardworking D'Nisha.

One evening, after the podcast shoot finished and everyone left, D'Nisha went straight to Anthony. Her eyes carried both anger and pain. She said to Anthony in plain words:

'Anthony, I'm quitting my job at Wayne's podcast. I can't work there for even one more day. I have no value there. Honey Pot, Shayla, and Amber don't respect me at all. Their behavior toward me is terrible. I cannot compromise on my self-respect. I want to enter the corporate sector now and work at a bank where my capabilities and hard work are respected.'

3. Anthony's Support and D'Nisha's Determination

Anthony had listened to D'Nisha's words very carefully. He knew how talented and hardworking D'Nisha was. What she was facing on the podcast set wasn't hidden from Anthony either. After receiving Anthony's permission and support, D'Nisha wasted no time and began applying for bank jobs. She worked day and night preparing for finance and management interviews. Just a few days later, she received an interview call from a reputable bank.

When D'Nisha sat before the interview panel, there was no fear inside her. Her communication skills, sharpness, and decision-making ability deeply impressed the board members. They not only praised D'Nisha's qualifications but, seeing her confidence, selected her directly for the position of Branch Manager. When the selection letter reached D'Nisha's hands, tears of joy filled her eyes. She had proven that just because she wasn't valued in one place didn't mean she lacked worth.

4. Anthony's Proud Goodbye Before Her First Day

Today was the first day of her job. Anthony himself had come to drop her off at the bank so her new journey could begin on a strong note.

'So, Madam Bank Manager,' Anthony joked lightheartedly, 'should I come pick you up this evening, or will you be coming in your own car?'

D'Nisha held back a laugh and replied, 'It's the first day, Anthony, so you should come. Besides, it's thanks to your permission and support that I've made it this far today.'

Anthony gave her a thumbs up and said, 'This is all your own hard work, D'Nisha. Show them that when a strong, self-respecting woman decides to live on her own terms, just how high she can rise. Good luck for your first day!'

'Thank you, Anthony,' D'Nisha said and stepped toward the bank's grand entrance.

5. A Respectful Welcome and a Powerful New Identity

As soon as she walked through the automatic glass doors, the bank staff bowed their heads respectfully. A junior officer approached her and said, 'Good morning, Ma'am! Welcome to the branch. Your office is ready.'
