1. Shayla Makes Her Demand
The atmosphere inside Shayla’s dream suddenly became strangely realistic. Anthony stood directly in front of Shayla, looking uncomfortable as she stared at him with complete confidence. Shayla was Anthony’s ex-girlfriend, and she clearly had no intention of leaving without getting what she wanted.
“Anthony, I need the money,” Shayla demanded, holding out her hand. Her tone was calm, but there was something about her confidence that made Anthony nervous.
Anthony glanced around before quietly reaching into his pocket. He knew exactly what he was doing was something he should have discussed with D’Nisha first.
But instead of asking permission, Anthony pulled out the money and secretly handed it to Shayla.
2. Anthony’s Secret Payment
“Here,” Anthony whispered. “Just take it and don't make this a big thing.”
Shayla accepted the money and smiled. “See? That wasn't so difficult.”
Anthony forced a nervous smile. His body language practically screamed that he knew he was making a dangerous decision.
There was another problem too. Earlier, Anthony had been complimenting Shayla, telling her that she looked good and that she still had a certain charm about her.
At the time, Anthony probably thought nobody had noticed.
Unfortunately for him, somebody had.
3. Honeypot Walks In
Suddenly, Honeypot appeared.
She stopped in her tracks when she saw Anthony standing with Shayla. Her eyes immediately dropped toward the money in Shayla’s hand.
Then she looked back at Anthony.
Her expression changed from confusion to suspicion in less than two seconds.
“Hold on!” Honeypot exclaimed.
Anthony froze.
Shayla slowly turned toward Honeypot, still holding the money.
Honeypot pointed directly at Anthony. “Are you seriously giving your ex money without even asking D’Nisha?”
Anthony opened his mouth.
Nothing came out.
That silence told Honeypot everything she needed to know.
4. Anthony Gets Put On The Spot
“It's not what it looks like,” Anthony finally said.
Honeypot raised an eyebrow. “Really? Because from where I'm standing, it looks exactly like you're giving your ex money behind D’Nisha's back.”
Shayla folded her arms. “He was just helping me.”
Honeypot immediately looked at Shayla. “Helping you? With cash?”
Anthony nervously stepped between them.
“Guys, calm down. Shayla needed some help, and I had the money.”
Honeypot shook her head. “That's not the point! The point is that you didn't ask D’Nisha.”
Anthony sighed.
Deep down, he knew she was right.
5. The Compliments Make Everything Worse
Then Honeypot remembered something else.
“Oh, wait a minute,” she said, staring at Anthony. “Weren't you complimenting Shayla earlier too?”
Anthony's face immediately changed.
Shayla looked surprised.
Honeypot laughed sarcastically. “Oh, now you're quiet!”
Anthony rubbed the back of his neck. “I was just being nice.”
“Nice?” Honeypot replied. “You were complimenting your ex, giving her money, and you didn't tell D’Nisha?”
Shayla couldn't help smiling at the chaos.
Anthony suddenly realized that every explanation he gave seemed to make the situation worse.
6. “D’Nisha Isn’t Here!”
Honeypot crossed her arms and shook her head.
“I know exactly what happened,” she said. “You're only acting this bold because D’Nisha isn't here to keep you in check!”
Shayla laughed.
Anthony stared at the floor.
“That is not true,” he muttered.
Honeypot pointed toward the money. “Then explain that!”
Anthony looked at Shayla, then Honeypot, desperately searching for the right words.
“I was just trying to help somebody from my past.”
Honeypot replied, “And you thought hiding it from your present was the smart part?”
Anthony had no answer.
For a moment, everyone became silent.
Even Shayla seemed to realize the situation had become much bigger than a simple request for money.
7. A Dream That Suddenly Feels Too Real
The strange family-drama scene continued inside Shayla's dream. Anthony stood awkwardly between Shayla and Honeypot, looking like a man who had accidentally walked into his own interrogation.
Honeypot wasn't laughing anymore. She stared at Anthony suspiciously.
“You better hope D’Nisha never finds out about this,” she warned.
Anthony swallowed hard.
Shayla looked down at the money in her hand, then back at Anthony.
And just when everyone thought the confrontation was finally over, Shayla suddenly said something that made Anthony's face turn pale.
“I don't think you should be warning him about D’Nisha,” Shayla said quietly. “Because there's something else you don't know.”
Honeypot's eyes widened.
Anthony immediately stepped forward.
“Shayla… don't.”
But Shayla smiled.
Then she revealed that the money wasn't the only secret Anthony had been keeping.
