Terry's Last Hope
A desperate plea, a bag full of money, and a dangerous promise.
A Desperate Arrival
Terry had reached the point where he no longer knew where to turn. For weeks, his life had been falling apart piece by piece. Arguments, threats, emotional pressure, and endless demands had surrounded him until he felt trapped from every direction.
Finally, with what he believed was his last remaining hope, Terry went to Natasha. He carried a large, heavy bag in his hands. His face was tense, his eyes were tired, and his movements showed the fear he had been trying to hide for far too long.
Without wasting a moment, Terry walked directly toward Natasha and slammed the heavy bag onto the table. The sound echoed through the room. Natasha looked down in surprise as the zipper opened slightly, revealing stacks upon stacks of cash bundled together.
For several seconds, Natasha said nothing. She simply stared at the money, then slowly looked back at Terry. She could immediately see that this was not just about money. Something had pushed him to the edge.
Terry's Plea for Freedom
Natasha raised an eyebrow. She was not impressed by the money sitting in front of her. Instead, she studied Terry's face carefully.
Terry took a deep breath. He looked away for a moment, as if he was ashamed to admit just how badly things had become. When he finally spoke again, his voice was filled with exhaustion.
He explained that Genesiz had made his life increasingly difficult. According to Terry, there was always another argument waiting for him. He never knew what she might do or say next, and the constant tension had left him feeling emotionally drained.
Trapped From Both Sides
But Genesiz was only part of Terry's problem. He then revealed that Libby was putting him under intense pressure as well. Their divorce situation had become increasingly complicated, and arguments about the house had made everything even worse.
His voice began to shake. The confident man Natasha may have known before was nowhere to be seen. In his place was someone who appeared completely overwhelmed and desperate for a way out.
Natasha's Furious Response
Natasha listened without interrupting. Then her eyes moved toward the open bag of cash. Slowly, she reached inside and picked up one bundle of money.
Terry watched her carefully, hoping that she would accept his offer. But Natasha's expression suddenly changed. Her patience disappeared, and anger filled her face.
Before Terry could respond, Natasha threw the bundle of cash against his chest. Terry stepped back in shock. The money fell onto the floor, but Natasha did not care.
Terry immediately became nervous. He raised his hands and tried to calm the situation.
A Dangerous Promise
The room became completely silent. Natasha stared at Terry while he stood there, waiting for her answer. For the first time that day, Terry had admitted the truth: he was afraid and completely out of options.
Natasha remained quiet for several long moments. Then, unexpectedly, a small smile appeared on her face.
Relief immediately appeared on Terry's face. His shoulders relaxed, and he let out a long breath. For the first time in weeks, he believed that someone might finally have a solution.
But Natasha was not finished.
Terry hesitated, but his desperation was stronger than his doubts. He nodded and agreed, unaware of what Natasha truly had in mind.
The Storm Is Coming
Terry believed that Natasha's promise meant peace. He believed the nightmare with Genesiz and Libby might finally come to an end. As he looked at Natasha, he felt a sense of relief that he had not experienced in a long time.
However, Terry had made one serious mistake: he had underestimated Natasha.
Natasha was already thinking several steps ahead. She knew that helping Terry would not simply mean solving one problem. It would create new conflicts, expose hidden secrets, and bring several people face-to-face with truths they had desperately tried to hide.
Terry left believing that freedom was finally within his reach. But Natasha watched him carefully, a mysterious smile still on her face. She knew that her next move would change everything.
